The Neighbourhood was again recorded in Halifax and produced by Tim Feswick. Most of the songs are Dave Carroll originals and this CD represents the recognition of Sons of Maxwell as more than just a bar band. Three videos from this recording were made and played on CMT Canada (The Neighbourhood, Queen of Argyle, and Oceanside Again) while the cover “And We Danced” charted on Canadian Country music radio.

I looked high and low for any album by Sons of Maxwell as that is what my boyfriend said he wanted.. I went to local Best Buy and they didn’t have it and couldn’t order it!! Sales men there went on Itunes and they didn’t have it either so I was glad to see I could find it!!! He loved it!! Will order more in the future!!!!!
