How do I download the tracks and albums I have purchased?
Once your purchase is processed, you will be directed to “Your Digital Downloads” page where you can download the album you purchased. You can choose to download the track files individually.
To download each song individually:
Simply click on the link for each song you want to download.
If prompted, choose to Save file. Click Save and the song file (MP3) will be saved to your desktop or other location of your choice on your computer.
Once you have saved the file to your computer, double click the file to play it with your preferred music player such as iTunes or Microsoft Windows Media Player.
I was unable to complete my downloads through the “Your Digital Downloads” page. How can I access my files now?
Once your purchase has been completed, you will receive a Order Confirmation email which contains a direct link to “Your Digital Downloads” page. This will allow you to return to “Your Digital Downloads” page and enable you to finish downloading your tracks. Please note: this link will only be active for 48 hours after your order has been completed.
How do I get my MP3 files to play?
On most computers, you can simply double click an MP3 file to load into your default music player such as iTunes or Windows Media Player. If you do not have these players installed, visit http://apple.com/itunes/download or http://www.microsoft.com/windows/windowsmedia/player/10/default.aspx.
I am still having difficulty downloading or playing my MP3 files. What do I do?
If you have completed your album purchase and are unable to download or play your MP3 files or have encountered any other technical difficulties, please contact us at Support@davecarrollmusic.com. Please include your Order Number as well as a complete description of the technical issue you have encountered. Our team will respond via email and help assist you in resolving your issue.
